Apart from being beautiful to look at, Himalayan rock Salt really is the don of all salt. These tiny pink rocks are packed full of minerals and haven’t been tainted by pollutants like regular table salt. Himalayan salt benefits include balancing hormones, helping to balance your blood sugars, can act as an antihistamine, improves hydration and support weight loss by improving your energy levels.
SOLE (pronounced so-lay) Is basically the process of dissolving natural or unrefined sea salt into water.
Sole is excellent in treating forms of arthritis and kidney and gall bladder stones. It cleans your system, balancing your ph levels, working from the inside out. It can also get rid of those rather frustrating food cravings. Balancing sugar levels in the blood, aiding good circulation and helping with sleep issues by lowering stress levels and releasing the hormone oxytocin, which calms and relaxes the body.
How to make sole
1. Fill a quarter sized mason jar 1/3 full with unrefined, natural salt
3. Cover the solution with a plastic lid( not metal)
4. Shake and leave it for about 24 hours
5. Check the solution and if all the crystals have dissolved, add a little more salt
6.it is ready when the salt no longer dissolves
Store in a cupboard. It won’t go off.
Every morning, add about 1/2 tsp of sole to an 8 oz glass of warm water. If it tastes too salty, then dilute with a bit more water.
Cooking with Himalayan sea salt is a must. Just use it like regular salt in your cooking. Always use a grinder or buy preground.
