These pancakes are delicious and totally satisfy the Shrove Tuesday lover in me. They are gluten free, sugar free, wheatfree and grain free. If you’re like me and in need of alternative recipes, then this is a must!
1 1/2 cups of ground almonds (mix until very fine)
1 cup of milk
2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together in a blender and cook like normal.
I used coconut oil to fry mine as it adds sweetness.
Drizzle with organic honey, raspberries, lemon and double cream, then devour!!
