Keep it natural! 


I love coconut oil. Not only do I use it in all of my cooking but I moisturise my face and body with it and run it through my hair to get rid of the frizz and keep it shiny.

Coconut oil contains Lauric Acid, which helps to fight bacteria, reduce candida and elimate bad bacterial parasites in the body. It can prevent gum disease ( by swilling a little coconut oil around your mouth 3x a day, you will heal your gums and fight tooth decay)

It is a fantastic face moisturiser and sun screen but can also really help with skin disorders, such as eczema, psoriasis, burns and dermatitis. It is healing, protective and because it contains so many fatty acids it can reduce gut inflammation as well as inflamed skin.


I also use it on my hair (above) You only need the tiniest amount, a small button sized amount. Rub it in your hands and run it through your hair. Glossy, anti-frizz hair which smells delicious and is totally cruelty free.

You can buy it in most supermarkets now but make sure it is raw organic, extra virgin coconut oil. Unrefined is always best. It means it is 100% natural and therefore better for you.
